Phil Cooper & LG Breton, UK tour!

Folk-punk troubadour and all round decent chap Phil Cooper is touring again, this time with Canadian singer-songwriter LG Breton, his touring partner on his Canadian gig dates last year.

Their “return” leg takes in a number of shows, including two up here in Scotland:

Glasgow, Official 13th Note, Friday 10th May

&

Edinburgh, The Banshee Labyrinth, Saturday 11th May

Links go to Facebook event pages for ticket and general information.

We’ll be promoting the Edinburgh show at The Banshee Labyrinth, a venue we know and love, with local indie/blues rockers The Super Moons confirmed as main support, with possibly one more act to be announced. Fun stuff!

Here is the full tour itinerary for those of you unlucky enough not to live in Scotland:

  • Friday 3rd May, Bristol, Mother’s Ruin
  • Saturday 4th May, Salisbury, Winchester Gate
  • Wednesday 8th May, Sheffield, West Street Live
  • Thursday 9th, Liverpool, Sound Basement
  • Friday 10th May, Glasgow, 13th Note
  • Saturday 11th May, Edinburgh, Banshee Labyrinth
  • Wednesday 15th May, London, The Bedford
  • Thursday 16th May, London, Biddle Bros
  • Friday 17th May, Brighton, The Admiral
  • Saturday 18th May, Trowbridge, Village Pump

Phil’s last two albums are available from our shop in Vinyl, CD and Download formats:

And he is looking for crowd funding for a shared EP with LG Breton, as a nice souvenir of this tour.  Please contribute if you can.
